In the current issue, we asked our distributors how they are coping with the pandemic.
Here is what we heard:
- 100% of our members were considered “essential” businesses.
- Less than 20% furloughed employees, and by Q3 most of those employees were called back to work.
- Nearly 50% of the respondents said they gained new customers in Q2.
- Sourcing products, especially PPE, became very problematic.
- By the end of the second quarter, 70% were operating at “normal” capacity.
